Digita’s success and reliability as a company is based on staff members who are motivated and committed to professional development. At the moment we have approximately 100 employees.

Our main office is located in Helsinki, but our operations cover all of Finland.

We offer versatile duties which give you the opportunity to be among the first to develop into a top telecommunications and broadcasting expert in the fields of TV and radio service concepts, data centre, IoT solutions and 5G development.

Digita as an employer

We are a workplace for approximately 100 people across Finland. We work at our head office in Vallila, Helsinki, at our operations centre in Länsi-Pasila, and in various locations around Finland.

Salary and rewards

The key principles of our salary and reward practices are competitiveness, fairness, motivation, consistency and a long-term approach. Our salary and reward elements include a basic monthly salary, special bonuses, incentives and a sales bonus scheme.

Occupational health care

Understanding the personnel structure and working conditions of empoloyees, early support and active internal cooperation between management, supervisors, employees and occupational safety representatives, together with a strong partnership with occupational health care, form the foundation for developing wellbeing at work and a safe working environment for Digitans.

In addition, we offer our employees occupational health care services that are more comprehensive than the statutory requirement. These include, among others, general practitioner-level medical care, specialist consultations with X-ray and laboratory examinations, ophthalmologist and gynaecologist consultation fees, and physiotherapy.

Wellbeing and physical activity

We support every Digitan’s sports and cultural activities with Edenred recreational benefits, as well as through our internal wellbeing activities. Our own teams have participated for several years in events such as the Jukola Relay and a few other sports events. Every Digitan has the opportunity to join the teams.

Lunch benefit

Digitans can use Edenred’s lunch benefit. We support our employees by contributing to the cost of the lunch balance.

Holiday accommodation for employees

Our old station at Ounasvaara has been renovated for use as holiday accommodation for Digitans. The Ounasvaara holiday accommodation is available for staff to rent all year round.
